What use of this app if I can't do a simple password change or login into account are not working, this is a simple thing. And in website you guys are saying 24/7 service, but no proper communication at nights and in early morning hours. Worst choosing internet services.

Worst experience iam faced after taken Hireach.. Don't know when wifi connectivity issue will come. All the time we have to connect to customer care. It's like almost 1 month , i faced almost everyday connectivity issue. We should not encourage this kind of networks at any cost.. From next time i will discontinue this network. Even zero ratings they won't deserve
