Hippocrate is a health companion app designed with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Its goal: to help you take care of your sleep, diet, physical activity, and mental health through simple, quick, and scientifically sound micro-actions.

Each day is punctuated by key moments where you can express how you're feeling (stress level, energy, hunger, sleep, concentration, etc.).
Based on your responses, the app immediately suggests a tailored action: a calming audio, sleep aids, a simple recipe, a suitable snack, a short exercise, or advice validated by professionals.

The integrated content is created in collaboration with experts (doctors, psychologists, dietitians, sports coaches, sleep specialists) and reviewed by a scientific advisory board, guaranteeing its quality, reliability, and alignment with best practices.

The experience is intentionally seamless and quick: an interaction lasts less than two minutes. The app isn't based on tracking or performance metrics, but on an approach centered on your experience, gradual progress, and the realities of your daily life.

This version is a test version.
It allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of the micro-actions, the relevance of the prompt frequency, and the smoothness of the user journey.
