Really learned a lot about relationships, by not being flippant with a loved ones emotions. Emotions need to be encouraged not suppressed. Showing I care with body language, listening, not trying to fix. Being more tactile, touch, hugs. Will use this app over & over, as I need to practice what's in it for me & my loved ones.

This app is helping me to learn things I never really learned as an ACoA. Emotions are hard for children, and relationships are even harder as an adult who never learned how to accept them and properly understand them. Thank you for making this free, and thank you for making it easy to grasp!
