App crashes at point of engraving every single time. Please fix ASAP. I use this in my business and have had to mark several items unavailable due to this recurring issue.

No longer fit for purpose. It doesn't connect to the device via Bluetooth for more than a couple.of seconds then refuses to find it again. Totally useless as a result.
