This has been a horrible experience. The app does not work (won't open, won't log in) even after uninstalling and reinstalling. They do not help you no matter which avenue you reach out to them on. My refill date is approaching and I still havent recieved the first prescription! They can't seem to help with this either. So I am paying for a service I cannot use, that will not help me, or deliver what I paid for.

I've gained six lbs since starting the meds. When I reached out to ask about changing medication, they said I could try a different one that is $2000 A MONTH. Every time I send a chat message, I get a response from a different "person" that always begins with "We understand your frustration..." but no personalized care. Absolute joke of a program.

very upset with them they lie about the prices even when you ask very specific questions to try and make sure you understand. update I contacted them like they requested and still got the same generic responses I won't recommend this to anyone ever.
