2026-04-15	B *****	got 2000 points instead of the advertised 5000 points for returning customer promo offer at Nirvana first time using this. the AI customer service chatbot is absolute garbage and does nothing to help whatsoever. went to Fire Station on Monday and they PENALIZE YOU FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES. I had 6 purchases and only got 25 points for the first receipt, they only gave 10 points for the other 5. I spent over$400 and yet receive REDUCED points. this app is trash

2026-04-09	Ri*****	I just started using this app, and so far it's doing just what it says. I search all the time for a good Cashback app or at least something different as the others apps are still the same ones. I had to specifically ask chat gpt a couple different ways for it to turn me on to HighRewards and putting cash back apps on the Google play store app search, HighRewards never showed up from a single search. After Gpt spilled the beans about it I had to actually put in the search. Hope it's all 👍

2026-04-08	AT*****	it was worth saving your receipts to scan when I first downloaded it because the receipts were worth 100 points but they've since updated it to where they're only worth 10 points now. and you need a minimum of 10,000 points to redeem towards a $10 gift card.

2026-03-30	He*****	Whenever I open this app, nothing loads and it automatically closes. I have to click on it again for it to open. It is not the best rewards app, as other reviews say. I have had this app for over a year and I am still 5,500 points away. That means I have to open the app 5,500 more times. Or go to the dispensary, that only gives me 100 points per receipt, 55 more times. As soon as I get enough to cash out, I'm uninstalling! Do not recommend. I'm standing in the store and it's telling me I'm not!

2026-03-22	Br*****	this app is a lie it owes me 23000 points over a month ago and Ive yet to receive them .. I confront the sites AI and it doesn't seem to be able to help in any way and it's capable of lying one moment it says it'll look and email me when they find my receipt then I log back to ask it to send a confirmation email and in it says it can't send emails, the ai switched up... and lied several times .. also I've had this app for about two years and am yet able to earn enough to get a gift card.
