I ordered a Hisense 55U8K TV, Unfortunately, I received the wrong model (Hisense 55U8GQ). Despite contacting Hicart customer support and provide evidence of the error, their response was extremely unsatisfactory.Instead of offering a replacement or refund, they insisted on providing a $100 voucher as compensation. This voucher is barely 10% of the value of the TV. It is clear that Hicart is not taking responsibility for its errors and is prioritizing its own profits over customer satisfaction.

Scammer app, unreliable and not a safe place to shop. The sellers on their platform can sell you items that don't work and refuse to return them and if you raise the issue with HiCart they just shrug and ignore you.
