This application is an application calculating calorie needs for athletes and non-athletes is the development of manually calculating calorie needs.

In addition to calorie needs, this application also comes with a value of Body Mass Index (BMI), SDA, and BMR.

Application users must fill in your name, age, body weight (kg), height (meters), gender, daily activity category, category sports, exercise duration, exercise frequency, type of exercise, exercise duration, exercise frequency.

Use of this application is quite easy, when already input data needed then click process. To delete data please click remove.
