Recent reviews

Do not use app! They never offered any real functionality as a "bank". It's all quite clunking and time consuming. The perks all keep getting discontinued or made harder to receive. The value of the native token has tanked. It's a nightmare, and costly to transfer assets off the platform. Customer service takes forever, and they aren't particularly helpful. Hi dragged their feet during non compliance with regulations, which left it's UK customers in limbo with their assets.Avoid like the plague.

I had almost 300 usd of hi dollars staked on the app for over a year. I have been with the project since the beginning. Now that money is gone and there is no way to recover my investment. I thought it was safe cause I had it staked. but no, they literally burned their investmentors and their funds If they had it locked up. so after 3 years, I will now be deleting the app. this was a total waste of me time and money. Very very disappointed in the Hi team for how this was done.
