How HHS Partner App Works?

Our technology helps create an interface between you and the customers. You can review the customer's requirements and accordingly respond with a suitable time slot. You can see the customer’s location on map. You can also contact them by their number to clear the more queries. You pay only when you accept the orders. If you are not comfortable with to fulfill the order, simply do not accept it. What's more, you can talk with the customers directly by using the calling feature on our app to connect with the customer.

We collect the following personally identifiable information:
1. Location (GPS coordinates): We use location data to identify the most suitable partner for a particular customer order. We calculate the distance between the customer's location and the partner's location and this distance is one of the inputs in finding the most suitable partner.
2. Call log data: We use call log data to identify calls, which were initiated by the user of this app (i.e. HHS Partner) but were not picked up by the customer. By identifying these calls, we notify the customer that our partner called so that the customer receives the partner's call the next time round. Additionally, we also use this data to remind the partner to call again so that a partner sees higher lead conversion.
3. Contact details data: We collect your contacts data (only after you give permission) and identify your contacts who are already working on our platform. You can go through their profiles, get ideas to improve your profile and get in touch with your contacts to learn how to be successful on the HHS platform. We synchronize and store your contact data on our servers and in some cases may send marketing communication to your contacts.
