Question 40 is COMPLETELY wrong. Tinnitis would be inflammation. -itis suffix means "inflammation". Tinnitus is ringing of the ears. Also, random questions would be great, except no matter what the answer you give it says it is wrong, even if it IS the right answer. There should also be a study guide to go with it and rationale for the answers, not just a right or wrong.
