2024-12-12	Kr*****	App glitches out regularly, fails to store hours, does not want to synch, and drives me absolutely crazy to the point where I hate that the company I work for uses it My company is finally exhausted with the chaos the app creates at the end of every pay period. They will not be renewing their subscription to HH2 services. Thank God because thanks to this app, my last paycheck before Christmas is 30 hours short which is unacceptable. DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME!!! 1 star for lack of 0 star option

I hate being forced to use this app!!! ***update*** The app gets worse with every update!!! Being forced to use this app sure sets the tone for the day!!! I would rather use a hammer and chisel to record my time than use this sorry excuse for an app!!!!!!!

2024-10-21	Le*****	If I could give this garbage 0 stars I would. Forced to use by my work. Locks up and crashes all the time. Doubles up days time randomly. And now. It has a pop up that says it MUST send you notifications. No thanks. Trash. If you run a business DONT USE THIS!

2024-10-18	Ju*****	New update added a popup that tells me notifications are now mandatory. There is absolutely no reason you need to notify me of anything. Different areas of time have different layouts for no reason. One runs well, and the other barely functions. Loads the entire job list before allowing me to enter the number I want to refine the search on. Leads to massive load times and poor performance.

2024-08-07	Ti*****	Constant issues with the app for me (Android) and the men in the field (iPads). I'm in payroll and have to deal with the complaints and there are more issues as time goes on. Hours, employees, and payroll groups go missing, app & website crashes, refresh won't work, hours can't be removed or corrected, etc. I call hh2 and they typically blame us for their issues and/or blow smoke in my face. They also don't notify us of issues until afterwards, sometimes not until days later. Do not recommend.

2024-07-16	Vi*****	I am using this app on android. The app doesn't load beyond the starting page. When I am in the weekly timecard section, all I see is the spinning loading wheel. It used to work really really well in iOS.

2024-05-07	Ju*****	App is barely working most of the time. Job codes will not add to time card which is how my hours are stored. I wind up having to correct the entire week on my PC before turning hours in at the end of each week. I cant stand that this is the timecard app my boss insists on using. 2 stars is generous.
