Has weird random bugs. Randomly when loot drops you can't pick it up like it literally does not show the name of the item or the hand reaching out icon. I know certain loot has dropped because the sound is a sound of gold or potions dropped. Restarting fixes this but weird and annoying. Also just randomly crashes for no reason. This app is only app running. Playing after fresh restart. I've tried game launcher no difference. Phone is Samsung s9, I think is more then capable of running app.

The game is great, however, Ive purchased and installed latest DLC..it worked and I made a character with the new mastery. Wanted to make another "neidan" and it wasn't an option..the dlc isn't showing that I've purchased it and (obviously I have-that 1 new character still loads) but instead of showing "installed" it lists the price. I've reached out multiple times and I get 0 response. Super shady way to conduct business. Plenty of people are having similar issues. Running on S23 ultra.
