The app also features contextual activity tracking, allowing you to annotate and report on a variety of metrics such as movement intensity, steps, cadence, distance traveled, and calories burned.

The Astroskin App includes free fitness tests to get reports on important indicators that report essential health indicators like VO2 max, resting heart rate, and heart rate recovery.
