2025-01-23	So*****	Cheated by Hexa. they put off the vehicle tracking and put no show, when asking for refund, their chat intentionally takes longer time to resolve untill you gets frustrated and disconnect yourself. Also when they cancel any ride at their end they don't refund to your original source of payment rather they refund in their wallet and in this way they keep your money. Keep away from this app.

2025-01-17	Ab*****	Worst shuttle service app, no ease of cancelling and rescheduling, always late, always more expensive, smaller poor quality vehicles , cramped always, ac and driver behaviour both hot, and what is that waitlisted feature, if no one cancels how does waitlisting even work.!? And customer service is on another level altogether, there are 3 unresolved tickets in my hexa app for over a year, still just lying there.! Sitting in this new smaller winger which was late by 15 mins & costed me rs 20 mor.!

2025-01-17	Sr*****	Most unprofessional service,first of all their map doesn't work,it shows the shuttle is somewhere while it's in somewhere else,most of the times the shuttle is late around 30 minutes atleast,they don't give refund if a shuttle is missed,even when the fault is from the app, I missed 3 shuttle as the map wasn't working,the shuttle was showing it's in sector v while it has already reached the location,no refund was given,their ac sometimes doesn't work,horrible service

Back in 2019, I used Hexa regularly, but after the lockdown, Hexa rides were unavailable for a year or two (not entirely sure). Today, after nearly six years, I re-downloaded the app and was pleasantly surprised to find my unused balance still intact in my account. This level of reliability is truly unexpected and commendable!

2024-10-07	Pr*****	USING THIS APP FOR OVER A YEAR, AS HERE'S THE REVIEW: Expect n number of glitches in the app. The self-proclaimed "Kolkatar gorbo" get thrashy hate comments day in day out from the passengers. Expect last minute shuttle reschedule without proper notification. Expect tracking issues. Expect zero customer satisfaction. The app QA team are basically illiterates it seems. They have forgotten they are dealing with educated engineers and MBAs at a mass!!! IT IS SIMPLY DISGUSTING AND TERRIBLE!!!!

2024-10-01	Ja*****	Pickup time is changed by drivers suddenly, 10 minutes prior to pickup time. Whereas a rider can't cancel or reschedule a ride 25 mins prior to pickup time. If you are in a hurry and choose alternate option because of the change in pickup time, you won't get a refund even of you do not board the ride. No way to get in touch with support. Complaint raised on the app remains without resolution for more than 5 days.

Last night the car not picked up me from my location and also no refund I received .. no responce from customer care. Better use uber or any local shuttle not any Hexa..

2024-09-10	Ma*****	Add a save route function in the application, as booking takes a lot of time The WebRTC should be updated as there is a issue while connecting for a long time You should check every driver's phone to ensure that their GPS sensor is perfectly calibrated and working fine, some times for this reason users face issues You should disable auto scrolling feature in the map
