Hex Core

Hex Core is a fast, one-thumb arcade game with a neon-circuit edge. A plasma core hovers at the centre of a deep grid shaft built from circuit-chip ring gates. Drag anywhere to rotate the whole grid, line a gap up under the core, and it drops straight through to the ring below. Keep finding gaps to breach all the way down -- but never let the core land on a red firewall sector, or it fries. Ten grids, each spinning faster with more firewall to dodge.

ONE THUMB, THAT'S IT

Drag anywhere to rotate the grid. The core stays put and bounces on its own -- you just turn the rings under it. No buttons, no stick. You can breach a whole grid one-handed on a crowded bus.

ALIGN THE GATE

Every ring has open gates. Rotate a gate under the bouncing core and it drops through to the next ring down. Stack a few aligned gates together and the core punches through several rings in one go.

DODGE THE FIREWALL

The red firewall sectors are deadly. If the core lands on one, it takes a hit. Read the grid, rotate the firewall away, and bring a safe gate to the front before the core comes down.

CHAIN A COMBO

Breach two or more gates in a single fall and it counts as a COMBO -- the score spikes fast on a clean streak. Risky deep breaches are where the big points live.

MIND YOUR SHIELDS

Clip the firewall and you lose a shield (the segment bar up top). A few are fine, but drain them all and the core fries -- one tap to reboot the grid.

TEN GRIDS

Grid 01 is a gentle warm-up with one firewall arc to dodge. Grid 10 is a fast, narrow descent packed with red. Grid depth, spin tempo, gate count, gaps and firewall are hand-tuned for every level, so each one feels fresh. Clear a grid to unlock the next; the game remembers your breached grids and best scores.

THE RECORDS

A terminal-style stats screen tracks your runs: total runs, gates breached, combos landed, grids cleared, and a best-score readout for every grid. Beat your own records -- the log keeps them all.

HOW TO PLAY, BUILT IN

A clean six-step manual sits one tap from the title screen. Hand the phone to anyone and they will be breaching in ten seconds.

A grid takes a minute or two. Pause any time; resume, restart, or quit from the same panel. A glowing circuit palette and a satisfying bounce make it a punchy little arcade hit for any spare moment.

PRIVACY

Everything stays on your device. No sign-in, no cloud, no analytics, no ad SDK. Progress lives in local storage only; uninstall the app and it is gone. The release build requests no network permission at all.
