HEVO Charge

HEVO Charge is an app for electric vehicle users: find charging stations, start and track charging sessions, and pay using the HEVO wallet.

FIND CHARGING STATIONS
• View charging stations on the map, filter by port status, and search by name or address
• List of stations near you, sorted by distance
• Station details: number of available ports, charging adapter type, power, price by time slot, and operating hours
• Get directions to the station using the built-in map app

START CHARGING
• Scan the QR code on the charging port with your camera, select a QR image from your gallery, or manually enter the port code
• View the estimated price before plugging in
• Choose your charging goal by kWh, time, or full charge

TRACK CHARGING SESSIONS
• Power, energy charged, and costs updated in real time
• Estimated time to reach your goal calculated by the system
• Alerts when a charging port malfunctions or enters a safe state
• Stop charging directly from your phone
• Track multiple charging sessions simultaneously

COSTS AND SCHEDULES USAGE
• Receipt after each session: electricity consumption, time, price by time slot and fees
• Charging session history, filtered by time and station

HEVO WALLET
• Balance and amount held for the current charging session
• Top up using VietQR — scan code with your banking app
• Wallet transaction history
• Request electronic invoice for top-up transactions
• Low balance reminder

ACCOUNT AND SUPPORT
• Log in with phone number and OTP code
• Identity verification (eKYC)
• Manage logged-in devices and change phone number
• Charging session and wallet notifications
• Submit support requests with photos and track responses directly in the app
• Frequently asked questions, terms of use and privacy policy

The app requires location permission to display stations near you and camera permission to scan QR codes. You can still pause the charging session and review the history even if you decline these permissions.
