Booked a PCO weekly rental with Hertz and paid a £150 deposit but never got a car because of the registration phase as your account has to be validated. I did not receive any emails from Hertz not even to confirm my booking. I uploaded my documents and filled out the insurance form multiple times but there was no change. There is no UK customer service telephone number you have to email or use live chat. To summarise my experience it has felt like a SCAM and I have asked for a refund.
