The Hero Sampark application is a key strategic initiative for the Parts Business of Hero
MotoCorp, built to empower the Sales force of our Parts Distributors for monitoring of the field
visit of the manpower, order taking from customer. This in-house capability offers customization
flexibility and faster turnaround times.
Key Features include:
- Comprehensive Customer Management: Facilitate the entire customer journey, from
Customer Onboarding and viewing detailed Customer Profile Pages (including Scheme
Integration) to using Near By and various filter options for segmenting retailers by
category, stage, and class.
- Optimized Beat Planning & Visits: Easily Schedule, manage and monitor the Beat
Plans. Features like Check-in/Check-out functionality and Map View to enhance field
activity efficiency.
- Advanced Order Taking: Streamline sales with the full Order Journey, incorporating
Proposed Order and Cross Sell logic. Utilize features like scanning QR Codes for adding
parts, Smart Filters (Model CC, Year, BS6), and view key product lists such as Must Sell
List (MSL) and Focus Sale List (FSL), along with product SKU pictures and much more.
- Performance Monitoring: Access detailed Dashboards and Manager Views (PDSM) to
track Goal Tracking, KPI Performance and Leaderboards.
