Not terrible. Can send a parcel and the UI isn't terrible... 8/10. Big things for me are you cannot copy/paste off the track screen when trying to add the 16 character reference onto another app to show I've sent my parcel. Manual typing is long winded and easy to miss type. Tried to provide this feedback through contact us on the app but that's a bot that just deals with specific delivery references and minor changes. Could not find a way to leave a friendly feedback message for EVRI.

I've had excellent service from any orders and have had several. Somehow this time the favourite top I ordered said delivered but hasn't been recieved. I ordered a few items at once and there was no problem at all with any. Top rate service. I ordered 3 batwing style tops. One coral pink, one mint green and one coral pink. The only one not arrived is coral pink, which I ordered 1st. Hoover, mittens, Ron Hill trackies all delivered safe and sound. On opening the 1st parcel, it was mint green.
