Just too much to set up. There was no setup flow or guide, or popups to help, just a long confusing menu of options. So I uninstalled 5 mins after installing, safe in the knowledge that I would never be able to set this app up in a million years!

Unreliable. The setup is a nightmare, especially if you're a novice. The notifications are hit and miss, and often come 10 minutes or more after you've gotten the email and read it. So I bought the paid version next, thinking it would be better and it wasn't. The company doesn't answer emails. Go to Gmail, instead, which has an easy to set up notification system that works smoothly and quickly.
