Henwoni is a business app for professionals and businesses. The app has features that help manage employment activities, and make it easier for professionals to find work and companies to hire. These features include;

- Employer: Creating Job listings.
- Candidate: Sending job applications with a custom profile and tracking the application status through the app.
- Negotiate job wage/salaries through payment plans.
- Instantly browse jobs and hire candidates after a quick interview (currently through chat) during their job applications.
- Create custom networks to post content for others to view when they connect, these networks can be used for situations like auditions or self publications, such as books, journalism, group conferences etc. The app keeps track of your professionalism.
- Employee self management through work sessions. Keep track of your employment work sessions after being hired through audits and let the employer see how long you have worked. Audits include videos, photos, audios or text. The employee can pay the employer directly at the end of each work session. Work sessions can last an hour, day, week or a month.
- Create and track payments through invoices which the employer can pay directly.
