Städningen var ok men listan på saker de inte städade lång. Så vi har redan bytt bolag. Redan första månaden kom. En faktura på över 4500kr, ruskigt dålig kundservice , och ständiga admin fel. Det här blev en både dyr, dålig, och tidskrävande affär. Nu när slutnotan kom var den 30% högre trots deras lista på ursäkter. //Johan

2023-06-07	Br*****	This app is frustrating. As others mentioned, you have to click through a video at the beginning before you can login, which is annoying for frequent users. Once in the app, it's generally frustrating. For example, I tried to update my home instructions and hit the wrong key and it submitted. There's no way to cancel the request after this mistake. I've had a lot of "IT" issues with Hemfrid, like when they couldn't setup the initial digital meeting due to a system outage, etc.

2022-08-31	An*****	Pretty annoying. Only updates on logout and re-login. Sometimes logs out too fast, sometimes stays open for hours and forcing a restart takes several attempts. Please include a refresh button. Translations need to become more correct. All texts should be copy-able so that one can put them into Google-translate because important information like how to turn off alarm is often not translates and causes enormous stress when the alarm goes off because I cannot understand the Swedish instructions.

It also doesn't open up the bank-id app anymore, I have to minimise the Hemfrid app to open bank-id manually. Both of these things used to work before the update, which makes it all the more frustrating.

2022-01-29	Pi*****	One of the features doesn't work, and it's REALLY cumbersome. Checking "remember me" on the Login screen… doesn't EVER keep me logged in. I have to log in again every time the app is closed or dismissed. On top of that, the button to login with BankID doesn't trigger the BankID App to launch & authenticate like every other app does — instead I have to minimize Hemfrid, manually launch the BankID app, then swap back to Hemfrid, and wait about 20 seconds. Every. Single. Time. (PLEASE fix this).
