2025-01-17	Di*****	Service per se is good but the app is terrible. It doesn't allow customize the recurring service, weekly and fortnightly don't fit everybody. You cannot customise the length of the service either. You can't cancel pending requests. When in other tabs if you go back, the app closes instead of going to Home. You can't delete your card information (a violation of the GDPR, which I'll file a complaint any time).

2025-01-17	Sh*****	I placed a booking (even setup my payment details) but it has not been processed since 16 January 2025. I reached out through the "Premium" Chat but only get responses hours later. It is inconvenient for my family to plan our schedule when everything is pending.

2024-11-10	Ga*****	Awful app. Fraudulent. I booked a cleaner, agreed a price and paid. After she visited I was charged and then had another figure taken from my card. When I raised this I was told it's a service charge. I did not agree to this. Fraud.

2024-10-22	Ev*****	Cleaner cancelled my booking 1 hour before appointment. I can't complain about it in the app, because the app shows that I have no appointments suitable for such complaints. No option to chat with customer service at all.

Keep sending msg said there do not have a professional to services and like "reseve" an alternative date that i am not avaliable for me. Cancel the service still charge me 30plus dollars. Bye bye helpling. 👋 forever.

2024-10-08	An*****	It does what it is supposed to do but what I hate - passionately - is that I have no option to choose if I want chat auto translated or not. I rarely do because it takes away nuances of the language and I miss things and communication. It's also not well marked if I get things in original language or not

The app is UI friendly, the customer service is swift and friendly, and most important is the help assigned to us was top-notch! (Even if at times a different help is arranged because our schedule needed some change, the housekeeper that comes over is always friendly, fast and diligent!) I strongly recommend anyone to use Helping!

Maybe I'm just lucky to get a good helper, who regularly clean my place for quite some time already, and I haven't had much problem with the app so far. I haven't had experience with their customer service yet, can't comment on that. And they didn't match up the helpers that I liked initially (and they kind of pointed that out in the beginning), but with similar price range.

2022-11-16	El*****	Really bad UI and rude customer service. It was good years ago when it was Hassle. Now it confirms requests before I have chosen to confirm or proceed. If a selected cleaner declines the request they automatically assign someone else without asking the customer first. I am not okay with being assigned a cleaner with no experience (I've had some break a vacuum cleaner, or need me to give step by step instructions in each room, etc). Customer service was incredibly rude when I contacted them.
