SlowEat is a free and ad-free utility app designed to help you develop a healthy habit of slow eating. If you often find yourself eating quickly in front of your phone screen, SlowEat is here to bring balance back to your meals. By using a simple countdown timer, SlowEat encourages you to savor each bite, promoting better digestion, portion control, and a mindful approach to eating.

How does it work?
1. Launch the app and grant it permission to display over other apps.
2. A red/green circle with a countdown timer will appear, this circle will stay on top of other apps (e.g. if you're reading or watching a video while eating).
3. When the timer turns green, start chewing your food. Keep chewing until the timer finishes and turns red.
4. Wait for the red light to end before taking your next bite. Go back to step 3.

When you're done eating, just go back to the app and turn it off.
