HOW TO SIGN UP AND START EARNING

• SIGN UP
Register through the app using your email address and mobile number. Enter your nearest postal code to establish your primary work location.

• ADD A PROFILE PHOTO
Upload a clear, recent photograph to personalize your profile and help customers recognize you.

• CHOOSE YOUR SKILLS
Select services that match your skills and experience. You can choose multiple services and add, modify, or deactivate them later.

Available opportunities may include handyman services, furniture assembly, TV mounting, painting, bathtub and shower caulking, appliance repair, security-camera installation, residential cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, lawn mowing, yard cleanup, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, pest control, wildlife removal, general help, event help, and more.

• COMPLETE IDENTITY AND BACKGROUND CHECKS
To promote trust and safety, Helpers must complete applicable identity and background checks. Enter your information accurately, and our verification partner will send you a secure link with further instructions.

Some services may also require proof of licences, certifications, insurance, or other qualifications.

• SET UP YOUR PAYOUT ACCOUNT
Create your secure in-app payout account to receive earnings from completed services. Payout timing may depend on account verification, booking completion, and the applicable payout schedule.

• ACTIVATE YOUR SKILLS
Review the service scope, customer expectations, recommended tools, required supplies, and safety information for each skill.

Set your rate, list the tools or supplies you provide, and describe your relevant experience. Review and accept the applicable terms to activate the service on your profile.

• SET YOUR AVAILABILITY
Go to the “Book Me” section and open the “Calendar” tab. Add one or more time slots for each date to show customers when you are available.

• DEFINE YOUR WORK BOUNDARY
In the “Book Me” section, open the “Map” tab and follow the instructions to define your preferred service area.

• ADD OR MODIFY SKILLS
Open the “My Skills” tab under “Book Me” to add services, update pricing or service information, or deactivate skills.

• MANAGE YOUR BOOKINGS
View upcoming and past bookings, review service information, chat with customers, update your job status, and keep your work organized directly through the app.
