| 2023-06-25 |  | | First using these 1 year ago all is fine and good, love the app as its easy to pay many deliveries using shopee/gopay/ovo but not sure why lately everytime the screen is frozen from first page not even entering the main menu, already unistalled and install the app again yet still the same. You will need to improve your app, im back to my other regular app because Wehelpyou app doesnt work now. Thanks |

| 2022-04-21 |  | | I've been using this app for quite some time. Initially it was good. But recently it's not my favorite because: 1. It's harder to get driver (even with instant delivery). 2. Drivers assigned are difficult to reach (thru app, phone call, and even whatsapp) 3. It's been a few times drivers sent parcels to wrong location. 4. Today a driver finished the trip eventho parcel not picked yet. 5. Terrible customer service. I think I'll stop using this app and stick with conventional gosend/grab. Etc |
