Then after placing a quote to them, your quote would obviously be rejected. HelloToby will not refund you. 3) Regardless of how skillful or experienced you are, 90% of people using this platform will only look at the price quoted. Avoid this company.

2020-10-29	S *****	Not sure who gave them the rights of collecting users' FULL ID info. It's totally inappropriate and unnecessary. What if the system is being hacked? Users could fall victims of crimes from stolen bank accounts to fake passports. Do you EVEN REALISE what risks you have exposed your users to?? Are you going to take full responsibility if their info is being leaked?

Sometimes I was told my quotation was rejected but actually I got hired. One client who hired me explained that she terminated the request on the app because she had received too many quotations and was a little annoyed. I'm disappointed that although I provided quality service, I couldn't receive the positive ratings and recognition from my clients.
