2022-04-25	Al*****	Living room air conditioner was working before the cleaning. Broken after the cleaning. Toby service man keeps telling to leave the air conditioner off for a few days and call him back if it's not working. Repeated that 3 times. Cleaning has already charged to credit card and Toby service support was hard to get hold off. Even their voicemail is full. Their app only shows 5.0 ratings but not other reviews

2020-06-03	An*****	Not sure how hellotoby regulate the deals from different businesses. I got scammed getting a voucher that I wasn't able to redeem because the business doesn't exist! It was partially my fault for not checking but I won't use the app anymore.
