2026-08-14	Op*****	l like it but voice room time is limited if they increase the voice room time then ok before we use VIP pass and get 24 hour for voice room but now we use VIP pass and get only 30 minutes this is unfair if you give .e again 24 hour voice room time when l use VIP then good otherwise me and my 70 friends delete this app l hope you understand us we all want to discuss something interesting topic And learn languages easily but now l have only some minutes in theses days our progress very slow

But the worst part is they ask you what your native language is when you sign up, then will only let you match with people learning that language. You need to delete your account and create a new one to match with people trying to learn English. Now I've just had two popups to go back to a conversation with someone that ghosted me. This app adds a lot of useless fluff while failing at its core functionality.

2026-08-13	St*****	They BAN your account for NO REASON AFTER PAYING. I am a PAYING subscriber and I paid for their coin currency (and still have half left unused). I have 10 months left on my plan that I’ve already paid for. I’ve been a member for about 9 YEARS. Yet after all this they’ve banned my account with no reason. I contacted support at first they said "Other Illegal Activities" and then after complaining they said "Money request" They cant even get their story right. I've NEVER asked for money on the app
