2026-07-25	MD*****	As an old user, I was once a fan of it. But recently it's full of racist and many only talk in their language in English group. Most disgusting is, some will remove you from their channel base on your profile. Their is no option to report any channel or people doing it. I wonder why would people pay to become VIP for such experience.. Please stop racism and bring transparency..

This is my first time using the app, but when I try to create an account, it says, "You can't create further account." I have never used HelloTalk before. I recently bought this phone, so I think the previous owner may have used HelloTalk on this device. Please check my case and remove this restriction so I can create my first account. Thank you.
