2024-12-12	Gr*****	Save your money. HelloSuper technician told me I needed to replace my furnace due to several problems he didn't check. Hellosuper even with the upgraded package said those things weren't covered and had to be paid out of pocket. I got a 2nd opinion from another technician and the gas meter outside was malfunctioning. Nothing was wrong with my furnace. I didn't get refunded for the phony diagnosis either.

2024-05-13	Do*****	The supercustomer service is really, really bad.They do not answer their phones.You can't escalate to a supervisor. it's difficult to communicate with them and I have not experience honest practice. My first experience with them replacing an appliance. I received a credit card with a 0 balance. When I went to go pick out my stove. Then they told me. I needed to reconcile it with home depot. Bad bad bad service. I literally had to escalate several times to get somebody to even look into it.

So I have a issue in my home so I went on the app to request service I wrote whats going on they send a plumber he came did his thing and the issue seems to be resolved however the issue came back maybe 3 to 4 month after so I request service again they send out a different company this guy said we need a new faucet he told super now super gonna tell me they don't do faucet and I won't get back my $75 I would not recommend nobody to this company.
