Glitch and buggy. THINK TWICE if you ever bind your Google Pay or Apple Pay to the app. Be aware of overcharging/unfair charging that directly charged from your card. Park at designated lot under HDB, I proceed to end trip and scan the QR code. The app shows "Parking is not allowed here" and asks me to pay for $5 for relocation. Click mutiple time "Refresh location" also to no avail. I proceeded to go back home and sort out the stuck "Parking is not allowed here" by spamming the refresh lo..

This is one of the worst I've ever tried. even gave it a good chance, scooters glitch out and won't let you turn them off and keeps charging you, passes only available sometimes and forces you to pay full price to use it instead. company is unbelievably slow in fixing any issues would highly recommend you don't install it waste of time and money....
