2024-10-24	Mi*****	Great company if you want to get scammed! Get quoted for a cleaning for 130 I agree they immediately say "sorry we actually have a new vendor it's 190" whatever sure I agree. They schedule the cleaning company to come out, they show up 3 hours late. Take one look(less then 3s) and say this requires a deep clean(450) and leaves. I don't want to pay 500$ for a cleaning and they say the need to charge a cancellation fee??!?! I agree to the 500. Still need to pay to cancel. Scam complete scam.

2024-08-07	V *****	The OS back button doesn't work anywhere in the app. It loads webpages inside the app rather than actual content within the app. It should be a website and not an app. Update on 8/7/2024 Now the app won't even open. Tried clearing cache and storage and the app refuses to open.

2024-03-01	Ka*****	Annoying. I install this for 5 minutes a month to pay my rent. It just takes you to a link we used to be able to click on from my complexes' website. Then I uninstall because I don't need another goofy app sending me notifications and taking up space.

2023-11-05	Sc*****	Poor notification platform. Notifications show only the icon and don't go to the actual notification when tapped, inability to mark or archive more than 1 message at a time, inability to tag people for notifications. Sole benefit is to create maintenance requests.

2023-07-22	Ja*****	This entire company has no reason to exist. My building already had a website where we could pay, report maintenance issues, and post to other residents. You know what's funny? We still pay rent through that old website. Alfred isn't accessible from a desktop; it's exclusively an app, so the experience got worse when my building switched to it. They brag about higher rents, but only justify it with YouTube yoga videos and discounts on the first month of subscription delivery services. IHATEIT

2023-04-19	D *****	It is annoying. I have turned off notifications several times and the provider keeps enabling them. I don't use any of the sevices and frankly not interested in using them. I just have it because I'm forced to use it for rent and maintenance request.

2022-06-28	Za*****	Worst support staff I have ever worked with on any form of a services app. Unfortunately forced to use this App as they are partnered with my residential building. Can never answer a question, extreme delays on everything, and continued inaccuracy. Farah in particular is horrendous to work with

Someone will try to post items for sale and i can't see the items due to the pics being cutoff or the hyperlinks not directing to a browser (and text can't be copied either). Additionally, sometimes app notifications will be sent hours after i receive the original sms notifications. App v 2.18.1 updated Apr 8 2022 Android v12

2021-10-17	Jo*****	In my growing number of interactions with Alfred, the company has always come off as bumbling and disorganized at best. My individual Alfred is nice and helpful; every other supporting member of their team comes across as slimy or stupid. The app does an excellent job of strictly codifying the company's disorganization, greed and stupidity in software form.
