Battle of the Tribes is a competitive real-time PvP match-3 game where two players fight head-to-head on their own magical boards!

GAMEPLAY
Swap adjacent tiles to create matches of 3 or more. Every match deals damage to your opponent, earns you crystals, or triggers powerful special effects. You have 120 seconds — make every move count!

WIN CONDITIONS
- Reduce your opponent's health to zero for a knockout victory
- Collect more crystals than your opponent when time runs out

TILE TYPES
Fire Tiles — Deal direct damage. The bigger the match, the harder you hit!
Crystal Tiles — Your victory points. Rack them up for a tiebreaker win.
Lightning Tiles — Gain crystals AND speed up your animations to outpace your opponent.
Smoke Tiles — Shroud your opponent's board in fog, blocking their moves!
Ice Tiles — Freeze your opponent's tempo, slowing their animations by 50%.
Shield Tiles — Protect yourself: 50% less fire damage and resistance to crowd control.

HEROES & RACES
Choose from 6 races across 4 tiers — each hero amplifies specific tiles:
- Orcs dominate with fire damage
- Humans excel at crystal collection
- Elves gain extra speed from lightning
- Dragons extend smoke fog duration
- Undead slow opponents longer with ice
- Dwarves hold shields longer for maximum defense
