HelemaalGroen is a Chrome extension designed to help individuals, school classes, clubs, or companies track and map their litter cleanup efforts in their communities. Using the app, users can record the exact routes they have cleaned of litter, which then appear colored green on the map to visually represent cleaner areas.

The extension keeps a score of the total meters cleaned, encouraging ongoing participation to cover entire villages, neighborhoods, roads, and hiking trails. Over time, green routes gradually change to orange and then brown, highlighting the need to maintain cleanliness and revisit areas to keep them green.
