App won't open! It says to contact the developers. I have a Motorola 5G Power. After update, still not working. Says contact developer

I've been taking sessions from Adrija from the past 2 years and they are always insightful. I've taken bay leaf healings as well and they are Magick. I urge everyone to at least take any one service from her. You won't he disappointed rather be motivated to heal and dive more deeper to understand things. As for the app, it's amazing. I even took therapy session from Sayali.
