Built for property-management teams, PropertyWalk guides staff through a building's checkpoints, confirms each one was inspected in person, and automatically sends a clean report to leadership.

How it works:
• Start a walk for any assigned property.
• Scan the QR code at each checkpoint — PropertyWalk checks your location to confirm you're on-site.
• Answer a few quick questions: is it clean, does it smell right, is anything broken or unsafe?
• Flag an issue and the app requires a photo and a note before you can log it, so every problem is documented.
• Finish the walk and a full report is emailed to your team, with photos and flagged issues.
