HOW PEOPLE USE IT

Point the speaker toward the ground, turn the volume all the way up, and tap Water Eject. Run it two or three times until the sound comes back clear. If the phone still sounds muffled afterward, switch to Dust Clean to shake loose whatever is left in the mesh. The home screen widget means you do not even need to unlock and open the app when your hands are wet, one tap on the widget starts the cycle immediately.

Does this actually get water out, or is it just vibration? The 165 Hz frequency is specifically tuned to resonate water droplets out of a speaker grill's mesh openings, the same acoustic principle used by water-eject features on smartwatches. It is not random noise.

Will this fix a phone that no longer turns on? No. DryWave helps eject water and clear dust using sound, but it cannot repair internal hardware damage. If a device is badly water damaged or will not power on, turn it off and have it looked at by a professional.

Is there a daily limit? Every install includes several cleaning sessions per day at no cost, covering the Water Eject, Dust Clean, and Manual Tone modes. Pro removes that daily cap entirely.

What does the earphone mode do exactly? It caps the output volume so the same tone can safely clear water from AirPods or wired earbuds without pushing dangerously loud sound into your ears.

Do I need to create an account? No. DryWave works fully offline, with no account, no login, and no permissions beyond audio playback.
