The app crashes instantly for me since the update on 30/03/2023. I have tried contacting you guys via email. The contact form on your site seems to be broken as well. That is annoying in and of itself. But if you were never taught how to figure out the needed amount of insulin on your own because you were handed this app you will be scared. Nevermind that can't login on the site to get my insulin to carb ratio. Thank goodness I have very consistent eating habits which eased the learning curve.

Update: It seems you are fully aware of the problems caused by your latest update and have taken steps to remedy it. I will email you directly to try and regain access to my account, again your aware of this problem because you've sent emails out to everyone explaining so, great customer service. The app is very good and easy to use and been a user for many years already. Definitely recommended for diabetics. Thanks
