The essential plan is just all I need to run my freelance business and I'm really grateful for coming across this app. The team really tried giving out literally everything I needed on the free plan. One thing I really loved about it was how clients got in invoice reminders without me having to send it manually. But lately, that has feature has stopped working. How can I get it started again? I've messaged support but didn't get really get the desired result.
