The app doesn't find the heaters even though my phone is connected to them. I have tried unpairing and then reconnecting like the app suggests but it still can't find the heaters. Contacted support and they told me the app is no longer maintained.

Terrible! After connecting the heaters to the app I tried to manage them but found out they only connect when the heaters visor light is on. After connecting 5 heaters I could no longer open none. It gives me an error message every time. The heaters also need to be on highest for the room to reach 17degrees C.
