testing, but support takes long on chat and no loging to the website, only the app I would like to see purchase history on websites like my other places 😀

Can no longer connect to WiFi on first gen heatbit

The app is super easy to navigate, the analytics in it are awesome to understand what is going on, how mining for BTC works, and the energy usage of the device. KYC free Sats!

There away my device after it stopped functioning properly after 1.5 years. I made a loss on that piece of junk and wouldn't recommended anyone to lose money following my footsteps. Customer service was ok but Id prefer a properly working device vs. a customer service that's at the whim of an IT who may or may not prove helpful to you.

a pretty bare bones experience but it's clean and functional.

New heatbit trio won't connect to wifi. Tried different wifi settings, 2G/5G, different security settings and multiple routers. Never will connect. After waiting well over a year for a replacement of the original that actually melted the outer shell within a short period, it's pretty frustrating.

App is useless without the device...that ring said, it's been over a year since they were originally supposed to ship so I'd be shocked if ANYONE actually got their device

Doesn't work on my Pixel 6. App hangs indefinitely on the initial splash screen with the Heatbit logo.

If you use a v1 the sleep mode doesn't quite work but everything else is great
