HeartCare Vanuatu Mobile application is a comprehensive patient registry and health management solution designed for clinics, hospitals, and community health programs. This powerful Android app streamlines the process of registering patients, managing appointments, recording assessments.
The application is built on top of the Agni (https://agni.thelattice.in/) Mobile application, which utilizes (HL7® FHIR®) for interoperable clinical data storage.
