HearMama lets you recreate these womb sounds that your baby may have heard before they were born to help them sleep and relax in their first few months. The generated audio is also fully customizable allowing you to find the settings that work for you baby.

Simply answer six simple questions about you and your baby, then HearMama builds a soothing soundscape based on your responses. We use your answers to help build the soundscape, for example we ensure the heartbeat sounds, breathing and blood flow effects are calculated based on your resting heart rate answer.

Premium (Lifetime) users have the option to set this value from their own resting heart rate via their Health Connect data for added soundscape realism.

As well as a heartbeat, the customizable soundscape includes body and fluid sounds, breathing, and the sound of your own voice (or partner's voice), along with a gentle womb specific white noise.
