Snap a photo or jot a quick note after you eat. Your coach reviews every entry and can leave feedback, so nutrition coaching happens in the same place as everything else.

HABITS AND DAILY CHECK-INS

Track the daily habits your coach sets for you — hydration, sleep, steps, or anything else — and build visible streaks over time.

PROGRESS AND BIOMARKERS
