The app interface is confusing. I'm not sure if the results are there or if they just released the results. Will it show up in the app?

Can't create an account. I go to pick your country, choose my country, click for next step and it tells me I haven't picked a url. Useless.

Can't log into the app alway have to change password. Blood sample was at lab now is gone missing. They keep lieing to me and story changes alot. I think I may have been scammed don't recommend. They have done me out of alot of Money for a single mum on a pension

Despite having an account with the Australian site after downloading the app I just get stuck at the login screen and nothing happens after I select login. The app is up to date (only just downloaded) and have checked my account details through the website. Extremely disappointing

Doesn't allow login even with an account made from the main site

I can't sign in, even though I have an account through the Australian version of the website. When I attempt to login with my details, the "loading" icon pops up but then disappears without logging me in nor with any more information about why I haven't been able to enter the app. I will happily give the app more stars when I can get in to see how it works :)
