The app no longer requests file access, which means you can only submit documentation from your camera. If you have pdfs, you have to use the website. More annoyingly, Healthy Paws just added MFA in the dumbest, weirdest way. Now instead of a simple biometric login you have to enter your email address and password, select your verification method, send the code, input the code, select "Continue" after the code has been verified, and THEN you can get into the app. Every. Single. Time.

new app won't allow me to upload files for claim submission, it used to work seamlessly!! called them and they font support their app, sent to app support as well as help and got NO RESPONSE.
