2020-03-22	A *****	My only regret about downloading this app is not doing it sooner. My resolution this year is to be healthier without being obsessive about food and I really resonate with the Healthy Luxe girls.Having the nutrition panels is helpful for me to get an idea of the macro/micronutrients of the food but I love that they give reminders that it is about much more than calories in vs calories out. Its taken me along time to grasp this concept but after readin gafew Healthy Luxe blog post
