saw all the critical reviews since 2024 ... not using app since 1 yr due to Govt contract..had good exprience initially but saw something unusual things happening... free subscription has been disabled without prior intimation I don't remember abt lifelong free thing, but not the way to change to paid subscription ..(no mail/call /text)regarding same. lost all the previous patients data,having doubts about safety of data as well planned 4 yrly subscription...but in dillema wetng 4 otr rview

The support is too slow. My account access is blocked. This poses a challenge in managing follow up patients. I tried raising the issue by calling the support number 2 times on Friday at 9 am, I got the IVRS message about a callback for support after 10 am. It is Saturday 9:45 am, I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved. I had sent an email too yesterday, but apart from an automated acknowledgement, there has not been any follow up.
