Health Journey Pro was created after the founder receiving a pre-diabetic diagnose 4 years ago. The research to control diabetes or a healthy way fight diabetes was the ultimate motivation that lead him down 4 year health lifestyle journey and an unweaving desire to learning ways to maximize healthy as an alternative to traditional medicine. He learned that preventive medicine, diet, exercise, supplementation with vitamins, and health coaching were a key to overcoming and prevention illnesses. Our mission is to assist our customers with strategies to help improve their fitness, aid in increasing health, and help our clients on their weight lose journey.
Our programs are designed to focus on coaching the user with diet modification tools, MyMeals adjustable meal plans to fit the customer’s referred diet choices, complete grocery list to take the guess work out of what ingredient to purchase, fitness and exercise videos with our MyMoves to improve health and well-being. The awesome tools within the Health Journey pro APP and Website can be use by individuals, health professionals and exercise and wellness leaders to provide dietician developed meal plans to clients, food and MyLog activity logging tracking, MyGoal weight management goals include your daily calorie budget, goal weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), macronutrient ratios, video exercise planner, and wearable device integration for real-time tracking. An added feature is you can sync your wearable devise such as Fitbit, Garmin and iWatch can be connected to your Health Journey Pro APP. To enable this feature, go to "Settings," then "Optional Settings" and tap the radio button to connect your wearable device.
